Founded in the Netherlands, we specialize in chemical testing as well as comprehensive delivery and market research. Our business model focuses on identifying safe laboratories and building trusted partnerships. Clients pay a reasonable fee for secure delivery and rigorous testing, a fair arrangement that ensures safety and transparency.

Return Policy

We aim to ensure every order reaches you accurately and in good condition. If you experience any issue with your order including damaged items, incorrect products, or missing shipments please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a brief description of the problem, and any relevant photos or documentation.
Once we receive your request, we will review the case promptly. If the issue is validated, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
A reshipment of the affected items at no additional cost to you, or
A full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the problem and the resolution agreed upon.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. If we issue a reshipment, we will provide tracking information so you can follow the delivery.
Exceptions and limitations:
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date; after this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or reshipment.
We may require returned items, photographic evidence, or other documentation to complete the review.
Refunds do not cover shipping fees unless the error or damage was our responsibility.
